Countdown to Project RES-Q’s December Goal of $1000

RECREATIONAL SOCCER LEAGUE

The UA Recreational League has ten soccer coaches.  Each coach serves as a role model for the players.  The coaches teach the players to demonstrate sound behavior on and off the soccer field.  Soccer is used as an emotionally outlet for the youth who lost their families during the gruesome civil war. During various soccer league games, the youth gain a sense of purpose. Soccer also provides physical exercise for the youth. Both UA girls and boys participate in soccer training and games at least three times a week. On Wednesdays, tutoring is provided for the youth. Academic support is provided for students who are struggling in school. Students who do not maintain a B average are not allowed to participate in the league.  It is mandatory that all youth attend Bible Study  every Sunday afternoon.

Your support will help us continue to develop these youth.
